Jellycat Amuseable Cassette
Amuseable Cassette comes in a gentle grey, the shade of weather rather than concrete. It has presence, which is a strange thing to say about something this soft, and true. The colour runs right through, underside included. Easy to give and difficult to hand back.
Sold by A Flying Wish, an independent shop not affiliated with Jellycat or any other brand. Stock is limited to the units we hold.

A grey amuseable at 19 cm, Jellycat Amuseables Cassette belongs to the part of Jellycat’s range made for holding.
About Amuseables Cassette
Amuseables Cassette comes from the Amuseables, which take a familiar object and make a character of it. The colours run grey, and the fabric has the faint nap that stops a plush looking flat in daylight, which is most of why these photograph as well as they do.
Measurements and fit
Amuseables Cassette stands 19 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.
Where it sits in the Jellycat range
The Amuseables range is where Amuseables Cassette comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.
Made from, and looking after it
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Washing by hand keeps the nap on the fabric, which is the part a machine cycle flattens first, and it is the difference between a plush that still looks new after two years and one that does not.
Choosing it as a gift
As a gift it works for a birthday and no particular reason at all, and it belongs to the novelty and fun side of what we stock. If you are buying for someone who already has one or two, the range it comes from is worth a look for something that will sit beside them.
About A Flying Wish
We are an outfit house first. The plush we stock, Amuseables Cassette among them, are the companions those outfits are made for, and we list every garment by the centimetre band it fits so nothing has to be guessed at. Each piece is checked before it is wrapped and sent.
