Jellycat Amuseable Crocus

Meet Jellycat Amuseables Crocus, a purple amuseable of 20 cm that settles easily into the crook of an arm.

About Amuseables Crocus

Amuseables work because the joke is gentle. Amuseables Crocus is purple and green, given a face and two feet and otherwise left to be the thing it is, and the restraint is the reason it still looks right on a shelf a year later.

Measurements and fit

The measurement is 20 cm. Worth knowing to the centimetre rather than roughly, because our outfits are listed by the height they are cut for and a few centimetres is the difference between a dress that closes and one that does not. Measure base to head, and the size guide will tell you the rest.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

Amuseables Crocus belongs to Jellycat’s Amuseables range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Amuseables pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Made from, and looking after it

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Reshape it while it is damp and it dries the way it was made. That takes a minute and it is the only part of the process that really matters.

Choosing it as a gift

It reads as home and nursery decor, which makes it an easy choice for a new home and a new arrival, and it is one of the pieces people come back for a second time once they have given the first.

Where this sits in our shop

We are an outfit house first. The plush we stock, Amuseables Crocus among them, are the companions those outfits are made for, and we list every garment by the centimetre band it fits so nothing has to be guessed at. Each piece is checked before it is wrapped and sent.
