Jellycat Amuseables Tulip

A tulip pink amuseable at 27 cm, Jellycat Amuseables Tulip belongs to the part of Jellycat’s range made for holding.

What it is like to hold

Amuseables Tulip comes from the Amuseables, which take a familiar object and make a character of it. The colours run tulip pink and green, and the fabric has the faint nap that stops a plush looking flat in daylight, which is most of why these photograph as well as they do.

Measurements and fit

Amuseables Tulip stands 27 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

Amuseables Tulip is part of Amuseables. If you have one already, the rest of that range is the obvious place to look next, and the centimetre sizes overlap often enough that an outfit bought for one will usually fit another. We keep the range listed together for exactly that reason, and the size guide has the full table of what fits what.

Made from, and looking after it

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Reshape it while it is damp and it dries the way it was made. That takes a minute and it is the only part of the process that really matters.

Suitability

It reads as home and nursery decor, which makes it an easy choice for a new home and a new arrival, and it is one of the pieces people come back for a second time once they have given the first.

Where this sits in our shop

A Flying Wish is a small operation and it shows in the useful way: orders are packed by the people who made the garments, and the plush, Amuseables Tulip among them, are checked rather than shipped straight from a box. The outfits are ours, the plush are Jellycat’s, and the sizing between them is the part we take care of.
