Jellycat Amuseables Kerrii Cactus

There is a stillness to Jellycat Amuseables Kerrii Cactus, a green amuseable of 17 cm that asks to be picked up.

The piece itself

Amuseables work because the joke is gentle. Amuseables Kerrii Cactus is green, given a face and two feet and otherwise left to be the thing it is, and the restraint is the reason it still looks right on a shelf a year later.

Measurements and fit

The height is 17 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

Amuseables Kerrii Cactus belongs to Jellycat’s Amuseables range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Amuseables pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Washing by hand keeps the nap on the fabric, which is the part a machine cycle flattens first, and it is the difference between a plush that still looks new after two years and one that does not.

Choosing it as a gift

Filed under home and nursery decor, and chosen here for a new home and a new arrival more than anything else. It reads as considered rather than expensive, which is usually the harder thing to get right in a gift.

Where this sits in our shop

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Amuseables Kerrii Cactus is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
