Flumpie Pig Jellycat

Jellycat Flumpie Pig arrives as a pink pig, 18 cm from base to ear tip, soft the whole way through.

What it is like to hold

What distinguishes Flumpie Pig is the texture. It is the same everywhere you touch it, with no hard seams and no stiff patches, and the colourway of pink is matched across the ears and paws rather than left to chance at the cutting stage.

How big it is

The height is 18 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

The collection it belongs to

Flumpie Pig is part of Flumpie. If you have one already, the rest of that range is the obvious place to look next, and the centimetre sizes overlap often enough that an outfit bought for one will usually fit another. We keep the range listed together for exactly that reason, and the size guide has the full table of what fits what.

Made from, and looking after it

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Left to dry naturally it keeps its shape, and the stitched features come through a wash unchanged, which is the advantage of embroidery over anything printed or glued.

Choosing it as a gift

It sits on the everyday companion side of the shop and is most often bought for a birthday and no particular reason at all. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.

About A Flying Wish

Two things happen in this shop. We make outfits for plush companions, and we stock the companions themselves, Flumpie Pig included. Keeping both under one roof is the only way to be certain that what we sell to dress a plush actually fits the plush we sold.
