Wild Nature Chanterellel Mushroom jellycat
Wild Nature Chanterellel Mushroom jellycat arrives in cream that reads as calm rather than plain. Botanical and entirely undemanding, a garden the size of a cushion. It holds its own outline instead of folding into a heap. It photographs well and lives better.

Jellycat Wild Nature Chanterelle Mushroom stands 16 cm tall, a cream amuseable with the quiet heft Jellycat is known for.
The piece itself
Wild Nature Chanterelle Mushroom comes from the Amuseables, which take a familiar object and make a character of it. The colours run cream and brown, and the fabric has the faint nap that stops a plush looking flat in daylight, which is most of why these photograph as well as they do.
How big it is
Wild Nature Chanterelle Mushroom measures 16 cm. Heights are taken from the base to the top of the head rather than the tip of an ear, which is the figure the size guide lists, so a shelf or a cot space can be judged before it arrives.
Part of the Wild Nature range
Within Jellycat’s catalogue Wild Nature Chanterelle Mushroom belongs to Wild Nature, and that is the useful thing to know when you are choosing a second one. A range shares its finish and its proportions, so pieces from the same family photograph well together and, more practically, often share a centimetre band, which means they can share a wardrobe.
Fabric and washing
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. That is the whole of it. It is worth following, because heat is what turns a soft plush into a stiff one, and no amount of brushing afterwards brings the pile back.
Suitability
We list it under home and nursery decor, and it is picked here mostly for a new home and a new arrival. Big enough to notice when it is unwrapped, and not so big that it has to find a permanent home the same day.
About A Flying Wish
A Flying Wish is a small operation and it shows in the useful way: orders are packed by the people who made the garments, and the plush, Wild Nature Chanterelle Mushroom among them, are checked rather than shipped straight from a box. The outfits are ours, the plush are Jellycat’s, and the sizing between them is the part we take care of.
