Jellycat Peluche Amuseable Peanut Reindeer

At 38 cm, Jellycat Amuseables Peanut Reindeer is a beige amuseable built to be carried rather than shelved.

What it is like to hold

This is one of the Amuseables, the range where everyday objects are given a face and a pair of feet. The colourway is beige, and it holds its shape well enough to sit up on its own rather than slump against whatever is behind it.

How big it is

The measurement is 38 cm. Worth knowing to the centimetre rather than roughly, because our outfits are listed by the height they are cut for and a few centimetres is the difference between a dress that closes and one that does not. Measure base to head, and the size guide will tell you the rest.

Part of the Amuseables range

Within Jellycat’s catalogue Amuseables Peanut Reindeer belongs to Amuseables, and that is the useful thing to know when you are choosing a second one. A range shares its finish and its proportions, so pieces from the same family photograph well together and, more practically, often share a centimetre band, which means they can share a wardrobe.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. That is the whole of it. It is worth following, because heat is what turns a soft plush into a stiff one, and no amount of brushing afterwards brings the pile back.

Suitability

We list it under amuseables food and drink, and it is picked here mostly for Christmas and a birthday. Big enough to notice when it is unwrapped, and not so big that it has to find a permanent home the same day.

About A Flying Wish

Everything we make is built to celebrate the stories people share with the companions they keep. Amuseables Peanut Reindeer sits on our shelves for that reason, and our own outfits are cut to fit it and the rest of the plush in its band. The size guide has the full table.
