Amuseables Ginger

Jellycat Amuseables Ginger arrives as a beige amuseable, 18 cm from base to ear tip, soft the whole way through.

About Amuseables Ginger

This is one of the Amuseables, the range where everyday objects are given a face and a pair of feet. The colourway is beige and brown, and it holds its shape well enough to sit up on its own rather than slump against whatever is behind it.

How big it is

The measurement is 18 cm. Worth knowing to the centimetre rather than roughly, because our outfits are listed by the height they are cut for and a few centimetres is the difference between a dress that closes and one that does not. Measure base to head, and the size guide will tell you the rest.

The collection it belongs to

Amuseables Ginger is part of Amuseables. If you have one already, the rest of that range is the obvious place to look next, and the centimetre sizes overlap often enough that an outfit bought for one will usually fit another. We keep the range listed together for exactly that reason, and the size guide has the full table of what fits what.

Made from, and looking after it

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Cool water and a little time are all it asks. Avoid wringing it out, since that is what distorts the seams, and press the water out with a towel instead.

Who it is for

As a gift it works for a birthday and no particular reason at all, and it belongs to the amuseables food and drink side of what we stock. If you are buying for someone who already has one or two, the range it comes from is worth a look for something that will sit beside them.

Why we stock it

Two things happen in this shop. We make outfits for plush companions, and we stock the companions themselves, Amuseables Ginger included. Keeping both under one roof is the only way to be certain that what we sell to dress a plush actually fits the plush we sold.
