Jellycat Flowerlette Pansy

Meet Jellycat Flowerlette Pansy, a purple amuseable of 20 cm that settles easily into the crook of an arm.

About Flowerlette Pansy

Flowerlette Pansy comes from the Amuseables, which take a familiar object and make a character of it. The colours run purple and green, and the fabric has the faint nap that stops a plush looking flat in daylight, which is most of why these photograph as well as they do.

Measurements and fit

At 20 cm, Flowerlette Pansy is easy to size up against an outfit. Measure your own plush from the base to the top of the head and compare the two numbers directly. The size guide carries the full table, and every garment we make names the height it is cut for.

The collection it belongs to

The Flowerlette range is where Flowerlette Pansy comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Nothing here needs special products. Warm water and a mild detergent are what the fabric was finished with in the first place, and anything stronger works against it.

Suitability

Filed under home and nursery decor, and chosen here for a new home and a new arrival more than anything else. It reads as considered rather than expensive, which is usually the harder thing to get right in a gift.

Why we stock it

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Flowerlette Pansy is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
