Jellycat Doopity Dino

Jellycat Doopity Dino arrives as a green dinosaur, 40 cm from base to ear tip, soft the whole way through.

A closer look

The proportions are doing the work here. Slightly heavier through the base than the head, so Doopity Dino sits rather than topples, in a colourway of green that stays readable in a nursery with the lights low.

Measurements and fit

At 40 cm, Doopity Dino is easy to size up against an outfit. Measure your own plush from the base to the top of the head and compare the two numbers directly. The size guide carries the full table, and every garment we make names the height it is cut for.

The collection it belongs to

Doopity Dino belongs to Jellycat’s Doopity range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Doopity pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Kept out of direct sunlight the colour holds for years. Fading is the one kind of wear that cannot be undone, and a sunny windowsill does it faster than handling ever will.

Suitability

The piece leans everyday companion, and it has been chosen most often here for a birthday and no particular reason at all. It wraps well, which matters more than it sounds when something is being given rather than kept.

Why we stock it

Everything we make is built to celebrate the stories people share with the companions they keep. Doopity Dino sits on our shelves for that reason, and our own outfits are cut to fit it and the rest of the plush in its band. The size guide has the full table.
