Jellycat Rock-a-Bye Bunny

A cream bunny at 19 cm, Jellycat Rock a Bye Bunny belongs to the part of Jellycat’s range made for holding.

About Rock a Bye Bunny

Pick Rock a Bye Bunny up and the weight is the first thing you notice: enough to feel substantial, not enough to be awkward in a child’s arms. The colourway runs cream, and the pile is brushed in one direction so it catches the light.

How big it is

The height is 19 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

The collection it belongs to

The Rock-a-Bye range is where Rock a Bye Bunny comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Left to dry naturally it keeps its shape, and the stitched features come through a wash unchanged, which is the advantage of embroidery over anything printed or glued.

Choosing it as a gift

We list it under everyday companion, and it is picked here mostly for a birthday and no particular reason at all. Big enough to notice when it is unwrapped, and not so big that it has to find a permanent home the same day.

About A Flying Wish

A Flying Wish is a small operation and it shows in the useful way: orders are packed by the people who made the garments, and the plush, Rock a Bye Bunny among them, are checked rather than shipped straight from a box. The outfits are ours, the plush are Jellycat’s, and the sizing between them is the part we take care of.
