Jellycat Yummy Bunny Silver

At 15 cm, Jellycat Yummy Bunny Silver is a silver grey bunny built to be carried rather than shelved.

A closer look

Yummy Bunny Silver has the quality that is hard to photograph and obvious in the hand, which is evenness. No thin patches, no hard filling anywhere, and a colourway of silver grey carried right through to the underside rather than stopping where it stops being visible.

Measurements and fit

The height is 15 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

This one comes from the Yummy Bunny range. Jellycat design in ranges rather than one piece at a time, and it shows: the proportions, the face and the finish carry across, which is why collectors tend to buy two or three from the same family rather than one from each. Our own outfits are cut to centimetre bands for the same reason, so a piece bought a year later still has something in the wardrobe that fits it.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Left to dry naturally it keeps its shape, and the stitched features come through a wash unchanged, which is the advantage of embroidery over anything printed or glued.

Choosing it as a gift

Filed under everyday companion, and chosen here for a birthday and no particular reason at all more than anything else. It reads as considered rather than expensive, which is usually the harder thing to get right in a gift.

Why we stock it

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Yummy Bunny Silver is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
