Jellycat Little Panda

Jellycat Little Panda is a black panda from Jellycat, and it stands 18 cm tall.

About Little Panda

Pick Little Panda up and the weight is the first thing you notice: enough to feel substantial, not enough to be awkward in a child’s arms. The colourway runs black and white, and the pile is brushed in one direction so it catches the light.

How big it is

The height is 18 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

Part of the Little range

The Little range is where Little Panda comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Kept out of direct sunlight the colour holds for years. Fading is the one kind of wear that cannot be undone, and a sunny windowsill does it faster than handling ever will.

Choosing it as a gift

We list it under everyday companion, and it is picked here mostly for a birthday and no particular reason at all. Big enough to notice when it is unwrapped, and not so big that it has to find a permanent home the same day.

Why we stock it

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Little Panda is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
