Jellycat Cozy Crew Octopus
Meet Cozy Crew Octopus, in blue that settles a room the way water does. It keeps the slow rhythm of deep water, where light arrives late and gently. Soft to the point of being difficult to put down again. The sort of present that outlasts the occasion it was bought for.
Sold by A Flying Wish, an independent shop not affiliated with Jellycat or any other brand. Stock is limited to the units we hold.

Jellycat Cozy Crew Octopus stands 20 cm tall, a blue octopus with the quiet heft Jellycat is known for.
What it is like to hold
The proportions are doing the work here. Slightly heavier through the base than the head, so Cozy Crew Octopus sits rather than topples, in a colourway of blue that stays readable in a nursery with the lights low.
How big it is
Cozy Crew Octopus stands 20 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.
Where it sits in the Jellycat range
Cozy Crew Octopus belongs to Jellycat’s Cozy Crew range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Cozy Crew pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.
Materials and care
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Spot cleaning handles most of what happens day to day, and a full wash is rarely needed more than once or twice a year unless it has been somewhere muddy.
Choosing it as a gift
We list it under everyday companion, and it is picked here mostly for a birthday and no particular reason at all. Big enough to notice when it is unwrapped, and not so big that it has to find a permanent home the same day.
Why we stock it
A Flying Wish stocks Jellycat plush alongside the outfits we design and make ourselves. Every piece is designed with purpose, made to fit many beloved plush companions, and the two halves of the shop are meant to be used together. Cozy Crew Octopus is one of the plush our outfits are cut to fit, and the size guide sets out which pieces work with which band.
