Jellycat Bumbly Bear Large

Jellycat Bumbly Bear is 57 cm of caramel brown bear, and the weight of it is the first thing anyone notices.

About Bumbly Bear

Bumbly Bear is made from the dense, brushed fabric Jellycat uses across its animals. The colouring is caramel brown, deepest along the back and lighter underneath, which is what gives the shape its softness in photographs and in a dim room.

Size and fit

The height is 57 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

Part of the Bumbly range

Bumbly Bear is part of Bumbly. If you have one already, the rest of that range is the obvious place to look next, and the centimetre sizes overlap often enough that an outfit bought for one will usually fit another. We keep the range listed together for exactly that reason, and the size guide has the full table of what fits what.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Spot cleaning handles most of what happens day to day, and a full wash is rarely needed more than once or twice a year unless it has been somewhere muddy.

Who it is for

The piece leans everyday companion, and it has been chosen most often here for a birthday and no particular reason at all. It wraps well, which matters more than it sounds when something is being given rather than kept.

About A Flying Wish

A Flying Wish is a small operation and it shows in the useful way: orders are packed by the people who made the garments, and the plush, Bumbly Bear among them, are checked rather than shipped straight from a box. The outfits are ours, the plush are Jellycat’s, and the sizing between them is the part we take care of.
