Jellycat Amuseables Burger is a golden brown amuseable from Jellycat, and it stands 12 cm tall.
The piece itself
Amuseables Burger comes from the Amuseables, which take a familiar object and make a character of it. The colours run golden brown and green, and the fabric has the faint nap that stops a plush looking flat in daylight, which is most of why these photograph as well as they do.
Measurements and fit
The height is 12 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.
The collection it belongs to
The Amuseables range is where Amuseables Burger comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.
Fabric and washing
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Left to dry naturally it keeps its shape, and the stitched features come through a wash unchanged, which is the advantage of embroidery over anything printed or glued.
Choosing it as a gift
It sits on the amuseables food and drink side of the shop and is most often bought for a birthday and no particular reason at all. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.
About A Flying Wish
Our outfits are cut, sewn and finished by us, not bought in, and the plush we stock are chosen because our pieces fit them. Amuseables Burger is one of those. If you are buying both at once, the centimetre band on this page is the number the garment listings are matched against.
