Jellycat Amuseable Aloe Vera

Meet Jellycat Amuseables Aloe Vera, a green amuseable of 45 cm that settles easily into the crook of an arm.

A closer look

Amuseables work because the joke is gentle. Amuseables Aloe Vera is green, given a face and two feet and otherwise left to be the thing it is, and the restraint is the reason it still looks right on a shelf a year later.

Size and fit

The height is 45 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

The collection it belongs to

Within Jellycat’s catalogue Amuseables Aloe Vera belongs to Amuseables, and that is the useful thing to know when you are choosing a second one. A range shares its finish and its proportions, so pieces from the same family photograph well together and, more practically, often share a centimetre band, which means they can share a wardrobe.

Made from, and looking after it

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Nothing here needs special products. Warm water and a mild detergent are what the fabric was finished with in the first place, and anything stronger works against it.

Choosing it as a gift

It reads as home and nursery decor, which makes it an easy choice for a new home and a new arrival, and it is one of the pieces people come back for a second time once they have given the first.

Why we stock it

Our outfits are cut, sewn and finished by us, not bought in, and the plush we stock are chosen because our pieces fit them. Amuseables Aloe Vera is one of those. If you are buying both at once, the centimetre band on this page is the number the garment listings are matched against.
