Jellycat Merry Mouse
Meet Merry Mouse, in grey with a little blue behind it, calm and cool. Tiny and entirely serious about itself, which is irresistible. Filled evenly, so it keeps its shape after an afternoon of being held. It suits a nursery, a desk or a grown adult who will not admit it.
Sold by A Flying Wish, an independent shop not affiliated with Jellycat or any other brand. Stock is limited to the units we hold.

Meet Jellycat Merry Mouse, a grey mouse of 18 cm that settles easily into the crook of an arm.
A closer look
Pick Merry Mouse up and the weight is the first thing you notice: enough to feel substantial, not enough to be awkward in a child’s arms. The colourway runs grey, and the pile is brushed in one direction so it catches the light.
Size and fit
At 18 cm, Merry Mouse is easy to size up against an outfit. Measure your own plush from the base to the top of the head and compare the two numbers directly. The size guide carries the full table, and every garment we make names the height it is cut for.
Where it sits in the Jellycat range
Within Jellycat’s catalogue Merry Mouse belongs to Merry Mouse, and that is the useful thing to know when you are choosing a second one. A range shares its finish and its proportions, so pieces from the same family photograph well together and, more practically, often share a centimetre band, which means they can share a wardrobe.
Made from, and looking after it
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Kept out of direct sunlight the colour holds for years. Fading is the one kind of wear that cannot be undone, and a sunny windowsill does it faster than handling ever will.
Suitability
It sits on the everyday companion side of the shop and is most often bought for Christmas and a birthday. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.
About A Flying Wish
A Flying Wish is a small operation and it shows in the useful way: orders are packed by the people who made the garments, and the plush, Merry Mouse among them, are checked rather than shipped straight from a box. The outfits are ours, the plush are Jellycat’s, and the sizing between them is the part we take care of.
