Jellycat Charley Cheetah

Jellycat Charley Cheetah arrives as a beige animal, 46 cm from base to ear tip, soft the whole way through.

What it is like to hold

The proportions are doing the work here. Slightly heavier through the base than the head, so Charley Cheetah sits rather than topples, in a colourway of beige and brown that stays readable in a nursery with the lights low.

How big it is

The height is 46 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

Charley Cheetah belongs to Jellycat’s Jellycat Characters range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Jellycat Characters pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Left to dry naturally it keeps its shape, and the stitched features come through a wash unchanged, which is the advantage of embroidery over anything printed or glued.

Choosing it as a gift

It reads as everyday companion, which makes it an easy choice for a birthday and no particular reason at all, and it is one of the pieces people come back for a second time once they have given the first.

About A Flying Wish

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Charley Cheetah is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
