Jellycat Amuseables Mia Macaron

A pastel multi amuseable at 12 cm, Jellycat Amuseables Mia Macaron belongs to the part of Jellycat’s range made for holding.

About Amuseables Mia Macaron

The Amuseables idea is simple and it works. An ordinary thing is given a face, two small feet and enough personality to earn a place on a shelf. Amuseables Mia Macaron reads as pastel multi, and the stitching around the features is neat enough to look deliberate rather than merely cute.

Size and fit

Amuseables Mia Macaron stands 12 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

This one comes from the Amuseables range. Jellycat design in ranges rather than one piece at a time, and it shows: the proportions, the face and the finish carry across, which is why collectors tend to buy two or three from the same family rather than one from each. Our own outfits are cut to centimetre bands for the same reason, so a piece bought a year later still has something in the wardrobe that fits it.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Spot cleaning handles most of what happens day to day, and a full wash is rarely needed more than once or twice a year unless it has been somewhere muddy.

Choosing it as a gift

It reads as amuseables food and drink, which makes it an easy choice for a birthday and no particular reason at all, and it is one of the pieces people come back for a second time once they have given the first.

About A Flying Wish

Two things happen in this shop. We make outfits for plush companions, and we stock the companions themselves, Amuseables Mia Macaron included. Keeping both under one roof is the only way to be certain that what we sell to dress a plush actually fits the plush we sold.
