Jellycat Amuseable Cozi Avocado Fuchsia

There is a stillness to Jellycat Amuseables Cozi Avocado Fuchsia, a fuchsia pink amuseable of 15 cm that asks to be picked up.

The piece itself

Amuseables work because the joke is gentle. Amuseables Cozi Avocado Fuchsia is fuchsia pink and brown, given a face and two feet and otherwise left to be the thing it is, and the restraint is the reason it still looks right on a shelf a year later.

Measurements and fit

Amuseables Cozi Avocado Fuchsia measures 15 cm. Heights are taken from the base to the top of the head rather than the tip of an ear, which is the figure the size guide lists, so a shelf or a cot space can be judged before it arrives.

The collection it belongs to

Amuseables Cozi Avocado Fuchsia belongs to Jellycat’s Amuseables range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Amuseables pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Kept out of direct sunlight the colour holds for years. Fading is the one kind of wear that cannot be undone, and a sunny windowsill does it faster than handling ever will.

Who it is for

We list it under amuseables food and drink, and it is picked here mostly for a birthday and no particular reason at all. Big enough to notice when it is unwrapped, and not so big that it has to find a permanent home the same day.

About A Flying Wish

What we are trying to build is a shop where a companion and something for it to wear can be chosen in the same visit without any measuring anxiety. Amuseables Cozi Avocado Fuchsia is part of that, sized and banded so the outfit pages can be read against it directly.
