Flumpie Frog jellycat
Flumpie Frog jellycat arrives in green with garden in it, restful and unbright. Not quite like anything else on the shelf, and unbothered by that. It holds its own outline instead of folding into a heap. It photographs well and lives better.
Sold by A Flying Wish, an independent shop not affiliated with Jellycat or any other brand. Stock is limited to the units we hold.

Jellycat Flumpie Frog stands 18 cm tall, a green frog with the quiet heft Jellycat is known for.
A closer look
Flumpie Frog is made from the dense, brushed fabric Jellycat uses across its animals. The colouring is green, deepest along the back and lighter underneath, which is what gives the shape its softness in photographs and in a dim room.
How big it is
At 18 cm, Flumpie Frog is easy to size up against an outfit. Measure your own plush from the base to the top of the head and compare the two numbers directly. The size guide carries the full table, and every garment we make names the height it is cut for.
The collection it belongs to
This one comes from the Flumpie range. Jellycat design in ranges rather than one piece at a time, and it shows: the proportions, the face and the finish carry across, which is why collectors tend to buy two or three from the same family rather than one from each. Our own outfits are cut to centimetre bands for the same reason, so a piece bought a year later still has something in the wardrobe that fits it.
Materials and care
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Nothing here needs special products. Warm water and a mild detergent are what the fabric was finished with in the first place, and anything stronger works against it.
Who it is for
It is as fitting for a birthday as for no particular occasion at all. It is also one of the safer choices when you do not know the room it is going into, because it does not insist on a colour scheme.
Why we stock it
A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Flumpie Frog is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
