Jellycat Mysti Ghost

Jellycat Mysti Ghost is a white festive character from Jellycat, and it stands 15 cm tall.

A closer look

Pick Mysti Ghost up and the weight is the first thing you notice: enough to feel substantial, not enough to be awkward in a child’s arms. The colourway runs white, and the pile is brushed in one direction so it catches the light.

Measurements and fit

The measurement is 15 cm. Worth knowing to the centimetre rather than roughly, because our outfits are listed by the height they are cut for and a few centimetres is the difference between a dress that closes and one that does not. Measure base to head, and the size guide will tell you the rest.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

The Jellycat Characters range is where Mysti Ghost comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. That is the whole of it. It is worth following, because heat is what turns a soft plush into a stiff one, and no amount of brushing afterwards brings the pile back.

Suitability

It sits on the christmas / festive side of the shop and is most often bought for Halloween and Christmas. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.

Where this sits in our shop

A Flying Wish stocks Jellycat plush alongside the outfits we design and make ourselves. Every piece is designed with purpose, made to fit many beloved plush companions, and the two halves of the shop are meant to be used together. Mysti Ghost is one of the plush our outfits are cut to fit, and the size guide sets out which pieces work with which band.
