Jellycat Cordy Roy Dino
Meet Cordy Roy Dino, in green with garden in it, restful and unbright. It arrived from a very long time ago and has adapted to sofas remarkably well. Filled evenly, so it keeps its shape after an afternoon of being held. It suits a nursery, a desk or a grown adult who will not admit it.
Sold by A Flying Wish, an independent shop not affiliated with Jellycat or any other brand. Stock is limited to the units we hold.
Price range: $30.61 through $36.56

A green dinosaur from Jellycat, Jellycat Cordy Roy Dino is stocked in two sizes, 26 cm and 38 cm so there is one to suit the shelf it is going on.
A closer look
Cordy Roy Dino has the quality that is hard to photograph and obvious in the hand, which is evenness. No thin patches, no hard filling anywhere, and a colourway of green carried right through to the underside rather than stopping where it stops being visible.
Measurements and fit
The measurement is 26 cm and 38 cm depending on the size chosen. Worth knowing to the centimetre rather than roughly, because our outfits are listed by the height they are cut for and a few centimetres is the difference between a dress that closes and one that does not. Measure base to head, and the size guide will tell you the rest.
Part of the Cordy Roy range
Cordy Roy Dino sits within the Cordy Roy range. We keep a range together on the shelf and on the site, because the pieces were designed to be seen that way, and because the sizes within a range often overlap enough that a single outfit fits more than one of them. The size guide sets out the centimetre bands, and every garment we make is listed against one of them.
Fabric and washing
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Kept out of direct sunlight the colour holds for years. Fading is the one kind of wear that cannot be undone, and a sunny windowsill does it faster than handling ever will.
Suitability
Filed under everyday companion, and chosen here for a birthday and no particular reason at all more than anything else. It reads as considered rather than expensive, which is usually the harder thing to get right in a gift.
Where this sits in our shop
A Flying Wish stocks Jellycat plush alongside the outfits we design and make ourselves. Every piece is designed with purpose, made to fit many beloved plush companions, and the two halves of the shop are meant to be used together. Cordy Roy Dino is one of the plush our outfits are cut to fit, and the size guide sets out which pieces work with which band.
