Jellycat Bashful Pink Bunny

A pink bunny from Jellycat, Jellycat Bashful Pink Bunny is stocked in two sizes, 13 cm and 31 cm so there is one to suit the shelf it is going on.

The piece itself

Pick Bashful Pink Bunny up and the weight is the first thing you notice: enough to feel substantial, not enough to be awkward in a child’s arms. The colourway runs pink, and the pile is brushed in one direction so it catches the light.

How big it is

Bashful Pink Bunny stands 13 cm and 31 cm depending on the size chosen. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

Bashful Pink Bunny is part of Bashful. If you have one already, the rest of that range is the obvious place to look next, and the centimetre sizes overlap often enough that an outfit bought for one will usually fit another. We keep the range listed together for exactly that reason, and the size guide has the full table of what fits what.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Cool water and a little time are all it asks. Avoid wringing it out, since that is what distorts the seams, and press the water out with a towel instead.

Choosing it as a gift

It sits on the everyday companion side of the shop and is most often bought for a birthday and no particular reason at all. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.

Why we stock it

A Flying Wish stocks Jellycat plush alongside the outfits we design and make ourselves. Every piece is designed with purpose, made to fit many beloved plush companions, and the two halves of the shop are meant to be used together. Bashful Pink Bunny is one of the plush our outfits are cut to fit, and the size guide sets out which pieces work with which band.
