Jellycat Bashful Black and Cream Puppy

Jellycat Bashful Black & Cream Puppy comes in two sizes, 18 cm and 31 cm, a black puppy soft the whole way through.

About Bashful Black & Cream Puppy

What distinguishes Bashful Black & Cream Puppy is the texture. It is the same everywhere you touch it, with no hard seams and no stiff patches, and the colourway of black and cream is matched across the ears and paws rather than left to chance at the cutting stage.

Size and fit

At 18 cm and 31 cm depending on the size chosen, Bashful Black & Cream Puppy is easy to size up against an outfit. Measure your own plush from the base to the top of the head and compare the two numbers directly. The size guide carries the full table, and every garment we make names the height it is cut for.

The collection it belongs to

Within Jellycat’s catalogue Bashful Black & Cream Puppy belongs to Bashful, and that is the useful thing to know when you are choosing a second one. A range shares its finish and its proportions, so pieces from the same family photograph well together and, more practically, often share a centimetre band, which means they can share a wardrobe.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Nothing here needs special products. Warm water and a mild detergent are what the fabric was finished with in the first place, and anything stronger works against it.

Choosing it as a gift

The piece leans everyday companion, and it has been chosen most often here for a birthday and no particular reason at all. It wraps well, which matters more than it sounds when something is being given rather than kept.

Where this sits in our shop

Two things happen in this shop. We make outfits for plush companions, and we stock the companions themselves, Bashful Black & Cream Puppy included. Keeping both under one roof is the only way to be certain that what we sell to dress a plush actually fits the plush we sold.
