Amuseables Sports Skateboard
Amuseables Sports Skateboard arrives in a palette that should not work together and does. A character before it is an object, which is the whole reason it works. It asks for nothing and gets adopted anyway.

At 34 cm, Jellycat Amuseables Sports Skateboard is a multi-colour amuseable built to be carried rather than shelved.
About Amuseables Sports Skateboard
Amuseables work because the joke is gentle. Amuseables Sports Skateboard is multi-colour, given a face and two feet and otherwise left to be the thing it is, and the restraint is the reason it still looks right on a shelf a year later.
Measurements and fit
The measurement is 34 cm. Worth knowing to the centimetre rather than roughly, because our outfits are listed by the height they are cut for and a few centimetres is the difference between a dress that closes and one that does not. Measure base to head, and the size guide will tell you the rest.
Part of the Amuseables range
Amuseables Sports Skateboard sits within the Amuseables range. We keep a range together on the shelf and on the site, because the pieces were designed to be seen that way, and because the sizes within a range often overlap enough that a single outfit fits more than one of them. The size guide sets out the centimetre bands, and every garment we make is listed against one of them.
Materials and care
Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Kept out of direct sunlight the colour holds for years. Fading is the one kind of wear that cannot be undone, and a sunny windowsill does it faster than handling ever will.
Suitability
Filed under novelty and fun, and chosen here for a birthday and no particular reason at all more than anything else. It reads as considered rather than expensive, which is usually the harder thing to get right in a gift.
About A Flying Wish
We are an outfit house first. The plush we stock, Amuseables Sports Skateboard among them, are the companions those outfits are made for, and we list every garment by the centimetre band it fits so nothing has to be guessed at. Each piece is checked before it is wrapped and sent.
