Jellycat Opalitte Dragon

Jellycat Opalitte Dragon stands 50 cm tall, a opal white dragon with the quiet heft Jellycat is known for.

A closer look

Opalitte Dragon is made from the dense, brushed fabric Jellycat uses across its animals. The colouring is opal white and silver grey, deepest along the back and lighter underneath, which is what gives the shape its softness in photographs and in a dim room.

Size and fit

The height is 50 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

The collection it belongs to

Opalitte Dragon belongs to Jellycat’s Dragons range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Dragons pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Spot cleaning handles most of what happens day to day, and a full wash is rarely needed more than once or twice a year unless it has been somewhere muddy.

Suitability

The piece leans fantasy and collectible, and it has been chosen most often here for a birthday and a collector. It wraps well, which matters more than it sounds when something is being given rather than kept.

About A Flying Wish

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Opalitte Dragon is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
