Bow Print Ruffle Dress Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A cream dress printed with small black bows, finished with a deep ruffled hem and a large black bow at the waist. Printing bows onto a dress that also carries a real one is a risk, and it works here only because the printed ones are small and the sewn one is large, the eye reads a hierarchy rather than a repetition. A build a bear black dress usually means black cloth throughout; keeping the black to the print and the bow is what makes this one wearable against a pale plush. The waist bow is stitched rather than tied, so it cannot come undone in a bag.

Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

The bow clips or ties on and sits wherever you like it. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and treat the lace gently; no soaking, no twisting. Lift it out, press between towels and dry flat. A cool iron on the lining side only, if needed.
