Sage Lace Apron Dress Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A sage green dress worn under a cream lace apron, finished with a matching bow at the ear. Sage sits between green and grey, which is why it works against a pink or cream plush where a true green would fight the fur. To dress the doll in two layers rather than one is what makes a small outfit look considered, the apron ties at the back and lifts off completely, leaving a plain sage dress underneath. The lace is cotton and softens rather than stiffens after the first wash.

Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

The dress pulls on over the head and settles at the shoulders. Ears and long limbs go through first, then the fabric drops into place. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and treat the lace gently; no soaking, no twisting. Lift it out, press between towels and dry flat. A cool iron on the lining side only, if needed.
