Sage Knit Bunny Romper Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A sage green knit romper with a small bunny worked at the chest and a flower clip at the ear. The green is muted and slightly grey, which keeps it looking like wool rather than like a bright toy colour. A doll romper in knit rather than cotton is warmer and easier to get on, because the whole garment gives, legs first, then arms, then it settles. It closes at the back. Wash it flat and press the water out rather than wringing it.

Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

Feet in first, then the straps over the shoulders. The body is cut roomy so a soft plush is not squeezed. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and never wring the knit. Press the water out between two towels, reshape it on a flat surface and let it dry there, hanging a knit while it is heavy with water is what stretches it out of shape.
