Peach Rose Ruffle Dress Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A peach dress with a deep ruffled hem, small fabric roses at the waist and a matching bow at the ear. Peach is a difficult colour on a small garment, too pale and it vanishes against cream fur, too warm and it turns orange, so this one is pulled towards rose. It is the sort of costume doll dress bought for a photograph rather than for every day, and the roses are stitched on individually rather than glued. The skirt is lined and it goes on over the head.

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

The dress pulls on over the head and settles at the shoulders. Ears and long limbs go through first, then the fabric drops into place. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and treat the lace gently; no soaking, no twisting. Lift it out, press between towels and dry flat. A cool iron on the lining side only, if needed.
