Jellycat Blossom Cream Bunny

There is a stillness to Jellycat Blossom Cream Bunny, a cream bunny of 31 cm that asks to be picked up.

A closer look

The proportions are doing the work here. Slightly heavier through the base than the head, so Blossom Cream Bunny sits rather than topples, in a colourway of cream that stays readable in a nursery with the lights low.

Size and fit

Blossom Cream Bunny stands 31 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

This one comes from the Blossom range. Jellycat design in ranges rather than one piece at a time, and it shows: the proportions, the face and the finish carry across, which is why collectors tend to buy two or three from the same family rather than one from each. Our own outfits are cut to centimetre bands for the same reason, so a piece bought a year later still has something in the wardrobe that fits it.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Nothing here needs special products. Warm water and a mild detergent are what the fabric was finished with in the first place, and anything stronger works against it.

Suitability

It sits on the everyday companion side of the shop and is most often bought for a birthday and no particular reason at all. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.

Where this sits in our shop

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Blossom Cream Bunny is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
