Jellycat Bashful Twinkle Bunny

Jellycat Bashful Twinkle Bunny is a beige bunny from Jellycat, stocked in two sizes, 18 cm and 31 cm.

About Bashful Twinkle Bunny

Pick Bashful Twinkle Bunny up and the weight is the first thing you notice: enough to feel substantial, not enough to be awkward in a child’s arms. The colourway runs beige, and the pile is brushed in one direction so it catches the light.

Size and fit

Bashful Twinkle Bunny measures 18 cm and 31 cm depending on the size chosen. Heights are taken from the base to the top of the head rather than the tip of an ear, which is the figure the size guide lists, so a shelf or a cot space can be judged before it arrives.

Part of the Bashful range

Bashful Twinkle Bunny belongs to Jellycat’s Bashful range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Bashful pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Materials and care

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Spot cleaning handles most of what happens day to day, and a full wash is rarely needed more than once or twice a year unless it has been somewhere muddy.

Choosing it as a gift

As a gift it works for a birthday and no particular reason at all, and it belongs to the everyday companion side of what we stock. If you are buying for someone who already has one or two, the range it comes from is worth a look for something that will sit beside them.

Why we stock it

Two things happen in this shop. We make outfits for plush companions, and we stock the companions themselves, Bashful Twinkle Bunny included. Keeping both under one roof is the only way to be certain that what we sell to dress a plush actually fits the plush we sold.
