Jellycat Bashful Cerise Bunny

Jellycat Bashful Cerise Bunny stands 31 cm tall, a cerise pink bunny with the quiet heft Jellycat is known for.

The piece itself

The fur is the soft, slightly weighted kind that has made Jellycat’s animals hard to put down. The colourway is cerise pink, and the face is stitched rather than printed, so it keeps its expression through washing and through years of being carried about.

Measurements and fit

Bashful Cerise Bunny stands 31 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.

The collection it belongs to

The Bashful range is where Bashful Cerise Bunny comes from. Ranges matter more than they might seem to with Jellycat, because the character of a piece is set as much by the family it belongs to as by the animal it is. Buying within one range is the reliable way to end up with a shelf that looks deliberate rather than accumulated, and our outfits are sized to follow.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Spot cleaning handles most of what happens day to day, and a full wash is rarely needed more than once or twice a year unless it has been somewhere muddy.

Who it is for

The piece leans everyday companion, and it has been chosen most often here for a birthday and no particular reason at all. It wraps well, which matters more than it sounds when something is being given rather than kept.

Where this sits in our shop

Our outfits are cut, sewn and finished by us, not bought in, and the plush we stock are chosen because our pieces fit them. Bashful Cerise Bunny is one of those. If you are buying both at once, the centimetre band on this page is the number the garment listings are matched against.
