Pink Picnic Basket Dress Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A pink dress with a lace bib front, a small strawberry charm at the chest and a basket bag on a short strap. The bib is stiff enough to hold its shape against the softer skirt, which is the only reason the two textures read as separate pieces. Seeing a doll in pink dress form this often means one flat colour; here the lace, the print and the basket give it three surfaces instead. The basket unclips and the charm lifts off separately. Lined skirt, over the head.

Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

The dress pulls on over the head and settles at the shoulders. Ears and long limbs go through first, then the fabric drops into place. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool with a mild detergent, reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat. The cotton blend keeps its shape best when it is not wrung out.

Made by A Flying Wish

Each piece leaves our workshop finished by hand. We build the pattern around a height range, so one outfit suits several beloved friends. It is made to be dressed and undressed often, and to survive it.
