Pink Gingham Lace Dress Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A pink gingham dress with a cream lace overlay at the skirt and a small pendant at the neckline, finished with a blue bow. The check is woven rather than printed, so the squares stay square where the skirt gathers, and the lace sits over it rather than replacing it. The doll dress that gets worn most is usually the one with two textures rather than one, and this has gingham underneath and lace on top. The pendant and bow both lift off. Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

The dress pulls on over the head and settles at the shoulders. Ears and long limbs go through first, then the fabric drops into place. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and treat the lace gently; no soaking, no twisting. Lift it out, press between towels and dry flat. A cool iron on the lining side only, if needed.
