Heart Knit Sweater Fits Jellycat 18cm Plush

A knitted sweater with a heart at the chest, knitted at a fine gauge with ribbed cuffs. on is the gentlest contrast we work with, and it suits a pale plush where a strong colour would sit on top of the fur rather than with it. A sweater with teddy bears in mind needs a wide neck opening above all else, and this has one. Wash it flat, press the water out between towels, and dry it flat. In Beige and Red or Cream and Pink.

Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 18cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

Pull it over the head first, then guide each arm through. The knit has enough give to pass over a wide head and spring back. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and never wring the knit. Press the water out between two towels, reshape it on a flat surface and let it dry there, hanging a knit while it is heavy with water is what stretches it out of shape.

Made by A Flying Wish

We sew these ourselves in small runs. The fit is worked out from the height of the plush rather than from a label, so it travels across brands. Made for everyday play, not for a shelf.
