Coral Dot Ruffle Dress Fits Jellycat 28cm Plush

A coral dress printed with fine cream dots, finished with a deep lace hem and a red and white bow at the ear. Coral is difficult to place, too orange and it fights a pink plush, too red and it goes flat, so this one is pulled towards cream, which the dots and the hem then pick up. A cotton baby doll dress in a warm shade like this photographs best in daylight. The skirt is gathered at a seamed waist and lined. The bow lifts off.

Will it fit your plush?

Measure your friend from the top of the head to the bottom, sitting or standing as they normally do. This one is cut for a plush about 28cm tall. It is designed around Jellycat proportions and fits other plush of the same height just as well.

Getting it on

The dress pulls on over the head and settles at the shoulders. Ears and long limbs go through first, then the fabric drops into place. Nothing here is tight enough to squash a soft plush, and nothing is loose enough to slide off.

Looking after it

Hand wash cool and treat the lace gently; no soaking, no twisting. Lift it out, press between towels and dry flat. A cool iron on the lining side only, if needed.
