Jellycat Lazulia Dragon

Jellycat Lazulia Dragon is 50 cm of lapis blue dragon, and the weight of it is the first thing anyone notices.

A closer look

Lazulia Dragon is made from the dense, brushed fabric Jellycat uses across its animals. The colouring is lapis blue, deepest along the back and lighter underneath, which is what gives the shape its softness in photographs and in a dim room.

Size and fit

The height is 50 cm. That single figure is what our outfit listings are matched against, which is why it is printed here rather than a rough category. If you are buying a garment at the same time, it is the only measurement you need.

The collection it belongs to

Lazulia Dragon belongs to Jellycat’s Dragons range, which is the part of the catalogue we stock most deeply because it is the part customers come back for. Pieces from one range tend to sit well together, so if you are building a set rather than buying a single companion it is worth looking across the rest of it. We list what is in stock on the Dragons pages, and the sizes are given in centimetres throughout so you can see at a glance which of our outfits will fit which piece.

Fabric and washing

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Washing by hand keeps the nap on the fabric, which is the part a machine cycle flattens first, and it is the difference between a plush that still looks new after two years and one that does not.

Suitability

It suits a birthday or a collector equally well. It is also one of the safer choices when you do not know the room it is going into, because it does not insist on a colour scheme.

Why we stock it

A Flying Wish began with outfits and grew into the plush that wear them. Lazulia Dragon is stocked here because it fits that idea, and because the pieces we design are made to last as long as the companion they are made for.
