Jellycat Fuddlewuddle Elephant is a grey elephant from Jellycat, and it stands 44 cm tall.

A closer look

What distinguishes Fuddlewuddle Elephant is the texture. It is the same everywhere you touch it, with no hard seams and no stiff patches, and the colourway of grey is matched across the ears and paws rather than left to chance at the cutting stage.

Measurements and fit

Fuddlewuddle Elephant stands 44 cm. We give the exact figure on every plush for one reason: it is the only number that tells you whether something will fit it. Our garment listings carry the same kind of figure, so the two can be read directly against each other without converting anything.

Where it sits in the Jellycat range

Fuddlewuddle Elephant sits within the Fuddlewuddle range. We keep a range together on the shelf and on the site, because the pieces were designed to be seen that way, and because the sizes within a range often overlap enough that a single outfit fits more than one of them. The size guide sets out the centimetre bands, and every garment we make is listed against one of them.

Made from, and looking after it

Polyester fabric with polyester filling. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. That is the whole of it. It is worth following, because heat is what turns a soft plush into a stiff one, and no amount of brushing afterwards brings the pile back.

Who it is for

It sits on the everyday companion side of the shop and is most often bought for a birthday and no particular reason at all. The kind of thing that ends up staying, rather than being put away after a week.

About A Flying Wish

What we are trying to build is a shop where a companion and something for it to wear can be chosen in the same visit without any measuring anxiety. Fuddlewuddle Elephant is part of that, sized and banded so the outfit pages can be read against it directly.
